We taxpayers who voted UTA startup had REAL GOOD intentions. I for one, still do. But UTA, through out of control salaries (and otherwise uncontrolled expenditures) has turned into a money monster.
I hope its only temporary and UTA starts to make better use of its tax $$$.
UTA CAN and should do better with the hundreds of millions taxpayers invest with them!
