Arranged? Are we looking at also possible child kidnapping charges, or were parents completely clueless about what was going on?

Whose 3 year old was it. Where were the boy's parents in all this. It appears this was going on for quite a while. Sick!
Talk about Crimes against humanity, this man should
be locked up for life, he will never change, and
even if he did, locking him up for life will never
be payment for the lives he destroyed!
