gee - what a surprise...
Too funny!
We are trying to castigate a person who wants to marry more than one person at a time and/or perhaps someone legally not an adult while at the same time trying to make it legal to marry someone of the same sex. We as a society and nation are going nuts.
Message for Warren: Stay sweet in prison!
One by one your followers will see how crazy and hypocritical you have been.
Jeff's Attorney is Wearing a Bow Tie who does that?
I know! Porky The Pig does that.
Jeff's looks Aged and like he would need Medication if he ever gets out. Which I hope he Does Not.
Let Texas have him they have Money and the Will to Convict.
.
That little County in Az, does Not have the Money and I am glad that they are out of it. As in a Trail there you would always have to look out for a Ringer.
In Oregon 1 No Vote does Not Hang a Jury. I always found that interesting.
Appeals processes suck up time but as long a Jeff’s is in Jail that okay.
I know that Jeff’s being gone did Not stop them but they are going to have to lay low for a long while.
I would have CPS at the Fence with Field Glasses 24/7 and DNA done on every child from that group born.
Also take Custody of all Children born to Moms under 18 in that group.
Also have the DNA of every male in that group.
Freedom of Religion does Not Include Child Rape.
If Utah has such a great case then retry the guy again. Why does the state want to shift the responsibility to Texas?

"In Oregon 1 No Vote does Not Hang a Jury. I always found that interesting."
Would you feel the same way if you were on trial?
Um, who hires a lawyer that wears a baby blue bowtie? Must be part of the clan.
Too funny!
... a person who wants to marry more than one person at a time ...legally.... [At the same time politicos are trying] to make it legal to marry someone of the same sex.
IF polygamous unions were consensual and legal, would that not make the "husband" financially responsible for his "families", and remove the burden from Medicaid? Maybe there is an upside here.
Too Funny!
At the same time we vehemently oppose two people of the same sex who exist in a commited, consensual relationship to marry because it offends our religion, from which they should be free, we support a person who wants to marry more than one person at a time and/or perhaps someone legally not an adult and/or perhaps someone who is a first cousin and/or someone who had to be beaten to comply and/or someone who still objects to the process and/or someone who was married to someone else and/or someone who just thought they were in line for the casting call of a little house on the prairie remake. We as a society and nation are going nuts.
Yes, a bowtie is on the goofy side. I think this is the attorney's strategy to have a mistrial declared.
wrz. No I would Not Like it. I did Not say I liked it I said I found it interesting. I find a lot of things interesting. To include Mormonism which is why I talked to to the two young men that knocked on my door 23 years ago.Listened to them and Read what they gave me to read.
I also find somethings interesting in Hawaii that I do Not do. Like claim Mormonism and Support Obama. Or Block Vote Dem.
Somethings I do like changing Partys for the Peimery to ensure who the Dem is who wins. Very likely will be Gov. One is acceptable and one is Vile, very Vile.
Bad for unborn childern and other stuff. Embrace Differences that would blow your mind. Try to get along with everyone.
Embrace the 3 fold mission of the Church etc.
Awsomeron1: Did you forget Pee Wee Herman, Buster Brown, and Pinky Lee. All wore Bow Ties. When I see someone wearing a Bow Tie, I want to try and spin it.
I agree he must be a member of the Clan.
As long as he is in Jail I really do Not Care.
Why should Warren sign the waiver if he does not think it is in his best interest to do so? Seemingly his consent is required and he is within his rights to choose not to give it.
The bow tie may be unusual, but is of no importance to the proceedings.

"wrz. No I would Not Like it. I did Not say I liked it I said I found it interesting."
OK. Would you find it interesting if you were on trial?
ObamaRepublican: They would need new evidence to retry him.
Jeffs said no and that should be that!
The evidence was not properly gotten in Texas.
You do remember the Mess Texas Made in Texas?
Texas has no real evidence, Utah has no real evidence.
Let Jeffs go.
wrz: is that like some updated YFZ?
Sentient people see through your argument, and realize that this is NOT about marriage - but about grown men having sex with underaged girls.
Who cares if one man wants to have five cows and 27 children in his home AS LONG AS he supports them fully without depending on welfare?
And don't make this an argument about same-sex marriage.
No same-sex marriages will be performed between adults and children.
Of course he refused. If he's guilty he wouldn't want to go. If he's innocent he wouldn't want to go. The only way he'd OK that is if he were guilty and had a conscience.
Anon 64: Texas tried to take the kids but were forced to give them back as they were taken illegally. If the courts took custody of all children born to mothers under the age of 18, they would have to enforce that throughout the country.
Utah would need new evidence to retry him.
