Like all drunk drivers, he figures he was driving just fine. Obviously, he wasn't, or he wouldn't have been pulled over. Now, through his attorney, he attempts to curry favor from a freind and former colleague. Get real Killpack. You helped draft the laws. You refused the test, and automatically incurred greater penalty. Take your medicine. We are tired of hearing about you.

Many of our lawmakers are all about "personal accountability" and people "taking responsibility for their own actions" until they're forced to face the consequences of their own irresponsible behavior.

The judgement was pronounced upon you. Buy a bus pass, have your wife drive you, or stay at home. Take your punishment like a man!

Truly folks, I don't think Mr Killpack is ever going to return to Liquid JOs for night out with the old boys, or leave drinking and driving drunk again. He needs another chance don't you think? People can repent.

A Law Maker breaking a Law? Failed to signal? Maybe there was no need to inform! Signaling most of the time is not a need to do, I have some idea in advance as to what drivers around me are going to do. Not signaling makes the State Money, Same as no Click on the Seat Belt! Money driven Law!
