Happy Valley drivers AGAIN show why I-15 drivers south of SLC are the most dangerous in the state of Utah.

I have been driving through SL County everyday twice a day, on I-15 for quite a few years now, and there hasn't been a day go by that I haven't seen somebody driving the same way as was mentioned in the article.
People are people - in SLC or Provo, or Tokyo, or wherever.
Stupidity and immaturity are traits common to all groups of people.
