I've never been a pet person, even as a kid. And let's face it: pit bulls are ulgy little creatures, and have mean "genes" even if not trained that way. But this is just disgusting. What kind of sick freak would do this kind of thing to an animal?! And this question comes from someone who isn't an animal lover, for cryin' out loud!
And that one puppy who had seemingly been used as a target for paintball practice? What the heck?! These kinds of people should be tracked down and subjected to the same treatment, and THEN prosecuted. Again, what kind of monster gets their jollies from this kind of activity? They are indeed pathetic creatures.
This is so sad. There need to be harsher consequences to animal cruelty. I hope that anyone who would do such a thing is caught or turned in.
