Wow! Didn't see a blanket with a woman under it? That's not very good vision, in my opinion. Police officers DO have to pass certain tests in order to remain on active duty, don't they? I hope a vision test is required for this officer. And then, if he passes it, I will have to wonder how he missed something as large as a woman sleeping under a blanket. If he doesn't get prosecuted in some way, this is going to open up the possibilities for police to say that they didn't see people sleeping in this park. It could turn into a field day. I'm sort of wondering if this wasn't deliberate, intended to send a message about sleeping in this park.
Well what else would you expect? Cops investigating cops. In the days of plural marriage, polygamists were barred from serving on juries, but cops can judge cops-- guess times really have changed. There is no way this officer would be guilty of anything, and it certainly is no difference anywhere else in America.
