Leash Laws: What needs to be done is educate the Public, they need to learn about Dogs. Dogs are not wild Animals ;ooking to bite somebody. People are the Problem Complaining all the time. Moist Dogs are HAPPY LITTL GUYS looking for a kind hand to rub their head. Dogs are getting an unfair break. Especially those that jump on you with a happy face and a smile.
It's not a question of whether dogs are welcome in the park. It's a question of responsibility.
If you want a dog, learn to care for it. Train it. That takes time, but that's the difference between a dog owner and an irresponsible person.
Don't let your dog jump up on people. You love your dog, but others may not. Keep a supply of plastic bags in your pocket and clean up after your dog.
Learn to be a responsible dog owner.
