Comments about ‘First-timers win big at this year's Emmys’

I'm thrilled to see Jim Parsons win for Big Bang Theory, he deserves it!!

That was the highlight of our night, seeing Parsons win. My wife and I both cheered, which doesn't happen very often during awards shows.

The EMMYS just don't get it. GLEE and LOST were ripped off.

Too bad for GLEE that voters treated them like they were glee club geeks, which they are, and that is exactly why GLEE is so popular! Everyone loves seeing the underdog win.

Also, too bad for LOST! After six years to be submarined by a much anticipated, but lack-luster and lacking-creativity finale. The voters submarined LOST as well, glad that that's done with. Blame it on the finale that wasn't!

"Temple Grandin" is one of the most incredible movies ever made, especially since her story is true. I tutor special needs children and adults. All have a special gift. We just have to discover it.
