What's all going on in Utah?.

This is a cop killer, Gonzales told the Salt Lake City-based Deseret News. We take all murders seriously, but when someone kills a cop, they will kill anyone. Federal and state officers are searching for 23-year-old Scott Curley of Fredonia, Ariz., after he allegedly shot and killed a Kane County, Utah. The U.S. Marshals Service offered a $10,000 reward Saturday for information leading to the capture of a man accused of killing a Utah sheriff's deputy in the Arizona town of Fredonia. Authorities say 23-year-old Scott Curley vanished after he fatally shot 41-year-old Kane County Deputy Brian Harris on Thursday and was believed to be hiding in the wilderness on the Arizona-Utah line. There is somebody out there that knows where this guy is, said David Gonzales, U.S. marshal for Arizona. Investigators say Curley was armed with an assault rifle. Curley is described as a five-foot-seven, 170-pound Native American, according to the Coconino County Sheriff's Office, and has brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown shirt and blue jeans.

These charges for impeding, influencing, a judge seem rather bogus. Isn't that what a court is for? To influences and impede a judges mind and decisions? Every time a judge hears a case its too influence him. Any threats are abject and emotional feeling of rejection by the legal system. The way I read this threat is to oust these judges and replace them with judges who believe in our constitution and justice.

Our legal system and courts are fraught with racism and racist judges who won't protect the rights of americans.

@ My2Cents: What rights have judges taken from you?

Tom Smith

Prejudiced judges... lets start with first, second and fourteenth amendment rights, and then go on the liberty and the pursuit of happiness. A trial with a jury of my peers, due process of law, and a speedy and fair trial. You don't even want to start a case law column here, but when the District Attorney becomes the judge before all of his previous cohorts, all you get is a DA wearing a black robe. In essence, you stand before a double team of prosecutors and an inexperienced public defender who is more interested in paying his office expenses that providing some significant effort towards legal council. Good quiestion, just not enough room for a complete answer.

"Every time a judge hears a case its too influence him." Not true. It's to influence jurors. The judge rules on points of law. The job of judges is to insure fairness.

We see here that years of conservative propagandist attacking the system that your constitution created as foster hatred for America and the institutions that has made American justice the envy of the world.

Utah needs to teach government in school. You have adults that have no idea how courts work.

Conservatives have people bombing and vandalizing mosques. Burning Korans. Writing nasty comments here any time a Hispanic name comes up. We have conservatives promoting the Christian identity movement and Dominion Christianity whose goal is to end constitutional government in the US.

When will American have enough of this hate and extremism feed by lies? There is no honor in ignorance, incivility or lying.
