It is refreshing to see a story that simply covers this season's football team. The team is clearly still not where it needs to be to compete for a WAC title, but at the same time seems to have a very good shot at a bowl game. I can't wait for things to get rolling next Saturday. Here's hopin' the conference situation plays out well and wraps up soon. Should be the best season of Aggie football we have seen in many years. Go State!!!
Bitter-Sweet story! I have to say Gary Andersen has done a great job of injecting talent and enthusiasm into the Aggie program. I really think that the Aggies have a shot at a six plus win season if they can stay focused-which is not going to be easy. If Turbin had'nt gotten hurt, I think a six win season and a possible bowl appearence would have been in the bag. Let's see what happens with the season and what lies ahead with a new conference.
Aggies will win 5 and Gary will be out looking on his own. A 5 win season is huge in Logan. Will beat Idaho State, Idaho, Nevada, San Jose State and either Hawaii or Nevada. The rest aren't going to be close.
Agree with Kameron on this with one thing added. If the Aggies don't get an invite from the MWC, and they win 5 games, Andersen will be looking elsewhere.
Aggies will win 6 or 7 games. Put it in the bank. Lets start the season already.
Go Big Blue!!!
