Pakistan is the enemy of Israel, so why is the LDS church helping Pakistan?

Because they are members of the human race that are suffering, and in need of the most basic necessities of life. That is what the LDS church teaches. We cannot stand by and not help our neighbor. That is what the Savior taught.
Because the LDS church helps PEOPLE.
Because the LDS church helps without regard to religious or political affiliation. Perhaps you are familiar with the story of the good samaritan, where Christ taught what it meant to be a good neighbor, even if the person in need was an "enemy." If there is a need, the LDS church will try to help.
Matt. 5: 43-44
43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
