'Sefo's son, Ieti Nuusila, was one of the seven defendants charged in March with brutally attacking David James "D.J." Bell and his partner, Dan Fair, in their South Salt Lake home after a late-night party on July 4, 2008. Bell was initially charged with kidnapping two children during that party, but was acquitted in a subsequent trial.' - Article
That aquital, or 'not guilty' verdict came 1.5years later.
DJ Bell's head was smashed into the cement outside of his house. After he bled out of his hear, THEN he was taken to a hospital by police.
After he was arrested, of course.
Lohra Miller has done a horrible job in this case. She has persecuted the victim, and coddled the attackers.
The ones who broke down DJ's front door and beat him and his partner in his own home.
I will be voting for Sim Gill this year. He has made it a point to come to safety meetings for SLC residents.
I have never seen Lorha Miller at one.
This was a gross example of injustice.
And it was supported by a person who should not be DA, Lorha Miller.
