The DA should lose her job in November for filing charges against DJ Bell in the first place. It's obvious who the victims were in this case.

'Prosecutors originally declined to file charges against the seven, but reconsidered after Bell was acquitted of kidnapping and burglary charges in September 2009.' - Article

Bell was acquitted of kidnapping.

And yet, the parents kicked in his door and cracked his skull on cement. He bled out of the ear he will never hear from again.

'Lisa Aiona, the mother of the two children, was flown in from Las Vegas to testify in Bell's case, given a hotel room and vouchers for steak dinners, said her attorney, Clayton Simms.' - Article

This woman...claimed Bell kidnapped her children, incited a mob to attack Bell in his home...

and is given steak?

Truly a sad case.

Bell was found not-guilty. Jurors actually went on record claiming Bell's trail was a 'waste of resources.'

The parents need to be held liable for inflicting that much damage, based on lies and too much alchohol.

The DA, Lohra Miller, has done a horrible job on this case. She has pressed charges against the people who were attacked, pressed charges against the inciters of riot 2 YEARS after the assualt...

and has not taken responsibility for it.

I will NOT be voting for Lohra Miller for DA in November.

Instead Sim Gill WILL be getting my vote for DA this year.
