Dictatorship at it's finest.

About 90% of secondary smoke is composed of water vapor and ordinary air with a minor amount of carbon dioxide. The volume of water vapor of second hand smoke becomes even larger as it qickly disperses into the air, depending upon the humidity factors within a set location indoors or outdoors. Exhaled smoke from a smoker will provide 20% more water vapor to the smoke as it exists the smokers mouth.

4 % is carbon monoxide.

6 % is those supposed 4,000 chemicals to be found in tobacco smoke. Unfortunatley for the smoke free advocates these supposed chemicals are more theorized than actually found. What is found is so small to even call them threats to humans is beyond belief.Nanograms, picograms and femptograms......
(1989 Report of the Surgeon General p. 80).

If there is enough research to understand that this has huge increase for health concerns, these bars should not even be considered. Why is it that establishments are in place before any common sense is applied to the responsibility be it financial or heath related is determined? Let's get the facts first please. If this is trendy and alluring for youth then let's be especially careful.

Can't figure that there would be a lot of demand in the DC. Not even a lot of bars.

Re: Larry

Did you even read the part where it said it remains perfectly legal for home use? Pretty sure you have no idea what a dictatorship even is.

The state has no right to control this. Waste of time and money. But you know, I just don't care that much anymore. I figure the faster we move towards complete control of the people, the sooner the state will fall, leaving freedom and responsibility as the determining factors in our lives... finally.

Re: voluntaryist

The state has no right to control this? The state has no right to protect people, especially those that could be exposed to second-hand smoke? Once again, because I guess it bares repeating for the not-so-quick-on-the-uptake: It's still legal to hookah all you want in your own home! So what's the problem here?
