Pillsbury, You have got to be kidding!!!!!!! grow up. Maybey its time to stop buying any of pillbury... these ridiculas suits need to stop in our court systems!!!!!!!!!!

Sarah B

Here's hoping this stupid lawsuit brings her tremendous, positive advertising and that she does even better. I'd buy from her if I lived nearby.

Now, Now, Now people....this woman and her cookies could be wildly successful and gross ONE MILLION DOLLARS! Now lets say another cookie shop opens and they make ONE MILLION DOLLARS, and another and another and before you know it you have 230,000 cookie stores making ONE MILLION DOLLARS. That means pillsbury is out of business. You always need to stop that first cookie store 'cause if you don't there will for sure be another 229,999 successful ones to follow.

All She needs to do is change to one of the names that suggested.

Worn out!

Pillsbury should be ashamed of itself. Do they think they have the rights on dough period? This a just an example of the big guy picking on the little guy and they can because they have all the cards...MONEY!

The Legal system makes it so the "little guy" doesn't really stand a chance. Litigation costs, and the fact that these cases can be drawn out for years, makes it not worth it. It's not like Pillsbury even had that good of a case, but it doesn't matter when they have the money to drown the small business owner in paper work and legal stuff. Something needs to be done with our legal system!

I'll try to look more closely for anything produced by the "Dough boy" company and won't purchase it.

"Dough" is hardly a private handle. "Dough boy" - yes; but any other use of the word dough is fair game. This is a ridiculous example of how big business with its attorneys can run over Americans. Attorneys have overpriced their services to the point that regular people can't afford to defend themselves. This is pathetic. I, for one, will boycott Pillsbury. I won't make a dent and they'll never notice but I will feel better. Private label brands work just fine.

that FAT DOUGH KID. Picking on this little company - come on - quite being bully. Where can I find her company? Oh yeah, I might find her on google.

I suggest you rename your products to some thing further away from other names used and then try to register it with the state. Try using your first name and add World Renown Edibles or some thing like that. don't try to even argue with big companies. They are very insecure about any competition. Try to find ways to add some ingredient(s) that you add to your products to give it the extra good appearance and flavor and then test it as best you can for safety. I wish the young lady success.

Lofty_Hopes

Maybe She can rename her company "Not Pillsbury Dough Girl"

I will bet that Pillsbury has offered to pay for the new name/logo. That's why everybody is mum.
