Culley Davis is one of the most honest people I have ever known. I met him when I called a friend of mine to ask if he knew of a good place to invest. He told me that the person he trusted most to invest with is Culley Davis.

I contacted Culley and discovered that he is a man of high integrity. He made 70 million dollars and employed over 250 people. After 9-11 his business suffered but he hung on as long as he could without firing any employees. He could have pocketed millions but he did not- he kept paying employees until the business went under. He went bankrupt but he chose the type of bankruptcy where you pay back every penny which he has done.

I trust him. When you invest with him; you know your money is secure. Culley puts his investors first. I am so glad to see this article show that he was not guilty of what he was accused of. It is terrible that someone that has made so many people so much money was smeared unjustly. When I invest in the future- it will be with Culley Davis.

I have known Culley Davis for over 30 years. I have never met another person during my entire lifetime who is as honest and concerned for other people. He is a man of integrity and character. The picture painted of Culley, through these articles and accusations, do not reflect the person I know at all.

He deserves fair representation of who he is as an individual and all of the facts regarding this situation.

I know his heart, I have seen his actions and I hope he feels some relief due to the apology from the Division of Securities. He also deserves to have the truth published based on the facts.
