What a fraud this is. It is nothing more than a new way of the new RDA to use tax money illegally. Not only is it illegal it unfairly allows TRAX and UTA to force people out of their homes and land under emminent domain laws. TRAX and UTA should have no other rights or powers than Right of way laws to install tracks.
UTA, the new government sponsored corruption in Utah.
UTA has no business being in the development business. It is a needless distraction from UTA's mission of moving people from where they are to where they want to go, inexpensively, and safely. UTA should sell off any land holdings that are not directly needed for transporting people.
Maybe the already way too high salaries of the UTA upper elite can go even higher now?
