Not a surprise, with DELTA having such a lock on our local market. Need more competition locally. If you have a choice, consider flying United to denver to connect, or Southwest, and foster more healthy competition.
For sure Delta is the reason for the high fares. SW is cheaper most of the time, but frequency can be an issue.
