I believe that it should be the choice of the individual and not the government how many children one should have. For obvious reasons I think that it is advisable that people with more financial resources might have more children than those who are financially struggling to feed their families.
Having said that, why then wants Iran's government to increase the population growth in their country? What is their motivation? Are they trying to raise an army?
Isn't this what America does???
I know as a single woman my taxes are payin' for other peoples families.
