The owner sounds like a good man who loves his horse. I sure hope Barbie is found soon.

I'm so glad that Officer Ragsdale recovered his horse and that she is OK. I hope we'll see him in the parade!
Perhaps the horse was trying to disappear, hoping for a new life, perhaps in a foreign land.
