How could this happen?
Salt Lake City has more urban planners per capita than anywhere else on the planet, and the lengthy zoning process used here is legendary for it's complexity and thoroughness. And our mayor is a former uber planner himself.
Maybe planning and zoning isn't what it's all cracked up to be. It certainly should have prevented the problem mentioned in the article.
Losers didn't plan correctly when zoning. Sounds like SLC needs to buy out the residents and help them relocate...
I feel badly for this woman andher neighbors. Too bad the revenue of a club that caters to people who loke a drink and loud music is going to drive people wanting the American Dream onto their couches and out of their homes.
