All-in-all I have to say I have been impressed with the response from Chevron. They are taking full responsibility and paying likely millions to remediate a problem that was just an absolute fluke. If the tree falls an inch or two to the left or right this never happens.
However it did happen and the quick response by the people from Chevron did a lot to keep this situation from becoming even worse than it has been.
