Looks like old Barnyard will get to go on the lifetime vacation after all. Easy pickings for an experienced lawyer and an naive community.

In spite of the free-speech issue, I hope that political candidates and campaigns become more responsible in removing their campaign signs after an election. No one likes to look at the clutter. I see several Tim Bridgewater signs still in place during my commute.

The attorney in this case has been riding the gravy train of payouts for "civil rights" cases for decades now. How many tax dollars has he been paid over the years?

Someone had to write a check, or sign to pick up the money. Who endorsed the check, or signed to pick it up? That would answer the queston fast.
