This is tremendously good news. Pornography is an insidious evil that must never be viewed by children. However, this action does not go far enough.

It is time for the government to take its role of protecting the public seriously by outlawing pornography entirely. For far too long, the government has given into the politically correct view that porn is protected as free speech. This wrong-headed view turns the Constitution on its head.

The Founding Fathers would be outraged and disgusted to hear that activist judges are citing the 1st Amendment as a reason to protect the porn industry. The Fathers intention in protecting speech was to protect speech--not nudity, obscenity, and vulgarity. The Fathers would be appalled to know that the courts have interpreted the 1st Amendment to unleash the most harmful aspect of the modern entertainment industry on the public.

Study after study confirms that with increased viewing of pornography comes increased rates of substance abuse, immorality, and crime--paticularly sexual violence. This is not what the Fathers wanted for the country they founded, and it is not what any sane society would desire for itself.
