Mitchell is now 56 years old? When is he going to be held accountable in a prison for what he did to that poor girl???

Here we go again...another taxpayer-sponsered dog-and-pony show! Let's drag this out somemore! This "alleged" crime occured eight years ago; Elizabeth Smart will be a great-grandmother by the time the alleged "lawyers" get done with all thier hoopla and appeals after appeals after appeals...

I question this idiotic attempt to drag this case out even more. It is "frivolous." The judge needs to nix this ASAP and get on with the case. I agree, Elizabeth will be a great-grandmother by the time this is done. STOP the foolishness and get this done already! The guy is a con man and has played every trick in the book. The criminal has all the rights here, and what about his "victim?" It is just another stall, like the Ronnie Lee Gardiner case that went 25 years, thank you very much! No way, here. Please!

What's insane is our legal system, which allows these cases drag on for years and costs us as taxpayers (paying for both defense and prosecution) millions of dollars? Someone stop the madness.

This is a good time to talk about Government.
The Government does not own anything, We the People do.
The Court belongs to the People, Not the Judge.
The Government is making Laws that takes our freedoms away.
