Beat the Fire!!!
It will be an interesting game to see how RSL does on the road.
Excited for the game tonight. I think these guys are starting to realize that they can get good results on the road as well as at home.
Toyota park used to be one of my favorite places to see a game because of the crowd, but lately it seems like the stadium is only a quarter full. No Blanco, bad economy, no soccer.
Since the game is on the road I think RSL struggles offensively, but we should come out with at least a tie.
With all the injuries Chicago has and their current form (BAD) we SHOULD be able to get a win. But this is RSL, who knows what to expect on the road. If we do in fact win, it wont be by a large margin. I think with Findley back (starting?) we should be able to get in behind their D... the finishing, however, is another story (Sabo, please?)
In our 6 previous road games, we have beaten 2 teams that are not very good, drawn with a team that is horrible, and lost to 3 pretty good teams. Playing a team that is okay should let us see how well we have improved. I expect RSL to at least get a result tonight, and probably take all 3 points.
I have not been able to watch a lot of the games unfortunately due to schedule, but I want to get back and watch most of the 2nd half of the season.
Tonight will be a great test, I think we only have 1 of our last 13 in all competitions
i meant 1 loss in 13
