National Volleyball Tournament
Warren Van Schalkwyk is part of the Utah Valley 40s men's volleyball team competing for a title in the USA Volleyball National Championships held this weekend at the Salt Palace. The team defeated another Utah team in its first game Friday, Sweet Yams, 25-19, 25-22, to earn a bye for the first round of the double elimination bracket that will determine the over-40 champion.

This is a great grab for U State. As a BYU fan I'd love to see U State become more competitive. Of course, they seem to play their best when the Cougs come to town.

USU probably stands to gain the most from Utah's move to the PAC 12. With Utah now able to get higher level recruits from outside the state, USU should be able to get a lot of guys that would have normally gone to Utah. I don't think it will affect BYU at all. Go Ags!
