Now everyone outside of the ward boundaries will be renting houses inside the ward just to be married in the Park. They'll have to set up residency requirements now; i.e., must live in the house for 60 continuous days prior to park use, etc. Can't have any rental by the hour thing like the sleazy motels. Could provide a little relief for houses inside the boundary that can't sell. Just another thing on the To Do list for wedding planners - find a house to rent.

I would like to thank Chevron for owning up to this mess and stepping in and helping those people that were affected by this unfortunate accident. It is nice to see someone taking responsibility for their actions. I am no huge fan of big oil, but I am a fan of people / corporations taking responsibility and fixing what went wrong to the best of their ability. May we see more of this from more people.

I would like to thank Chevron for stepping up and doing the best they could to accommodate those affected by this unfortunate disaster. I am no huge fan of big oil, but I am a big fan of people / corporations taking responsibility for what their actions or lack thereof caused to happen. May more evidence of this permeate our society.

It is important to note that this spill was caused by another company..."big oil companies" have been nice to provide the entire world with a very high standard of living! Thank you for creating jobs, providing the ability to travel, keep our homes warm, etc...
Time to get the extremists out of the way and let us live our lives like normal people for a change!

Mara Marian helped me plan a party once, she is a miracle worker and went above and beyond to help me organize it. The event turned out amazing, thanks Mara.

What an incredible opportunity it has been to work with these brides. Stephanie, her mother Diana, and I had just over a week to relocate her 400 person reception to a new location. Along with the venue change came a need for changes in decor, entertainment, catering and so on. We had incredible luck with the Grand America's availability, and they were so accommodating of our "rush" requests. Thank you to Lexi Casalino at the Grand for responding to countless phone calls and emails as we planned. I am happy to report Stephanie and Kristjan were all smiles all night, as was Diana. Everything turned out wonderfully, and guests had a great time. My only disappointment to report is that I was only able to work with Stephanie and Diana for such a short time, it was so fun to get to know them both as we worked together to make decisions. To date, Stephanie is one of my favorite brides I have gotten to know. I am honored to have been a part of her celebration.

PCRes,

Before you thank the oil companies, see a movie available at your library called, “Who Killed the Electric Car?”

We never had to depend on dirty fossil fuels. We had better technology, but your lovely oil companies bought up the patents and stopped progress.
