So, only one family per home is allowed. People who rent out rooms to others is not allowed? Here in Salt Lake it is not uncommon for homes to have each bedroom rented out to a family/friends. In the unincorporated areas a fine for police services is required. These same homes are not registered as rentals so they do not pay the extra police fee. Cars are parked on the lawns and street. It looks really messy. It is also noisy with that many people playing music and talking. I wonder if Salt Lake has an ordinance like Orem has. If they do it is not enforced.
