blendtec still isn't anywhere as great as vita-mix. period!

A copy is still a copy, the inventor deserves his credit due. The quality of the machine is not the issue, they stole his patent on an idea and put their name on it.

Willful infringement is just a fancy term for white collar highway robbery. Vita-Mix made over $40 million off of Blendtec's innovation. How many jobs were lost in Utah due to the greed of Vita-Mix's CEO? I hope Judge Campbell sends a $33 million message to Vita-Mix to stop stealing the honest inventions of creative competitors.

It is interesting that the CEO of Vitamix had "no recollection" for the bulk of his testimony. I guess Vitamix felt as a Goliath in the industry they could do anything they wanted. Thank goodness the justice system worked and culprits at Vitamix were brought to justice. As John Lennon said "If you are going to steal, steal from the best!".
