They really should be regulated. They are taking advantage of people who can least afford it.
I agree they should be regulated...to a point.
I think their rates are obscenely high.
But...
The thing is, they WILL loan money to folks who cannot get it any other way. Poor credit, etc.
So, what to do. No simple answer
