What in the world do they do with 5 million pounds of carp? The only use I can think of for carp is fertilizer, or maybe cat food.

The largest natural lake, west of the Mississippi River. Paradise, to me, and many others. Wonder why I'm still doing it after 35+ years? Carp is the most eaten fresh water fish in the world, and a Jewish delicasy(sp). Take all the other fresh water fish, combined, and they don't dent the tonnage of carp consumed by the world populace. Why, I make a delicious carp chouder, with fresh cabbage, potatoes, corn, etc.
