Anyone else catch Kyle making one of his own clubs disappear? Amazing guy, never seen a bigger smile either.
Who would be on Broncos Ringer team were he to assemble one?
If the winning team shot 59 and the Ute team shot 55, why aren't the Utes going to the bigger tournament? Was it an amateur tourney or something?
TheOfficalCall, maybe Mike Weir, Johnny Miller with his boy, and a few other recent graduates who are very good. BYU's golf program compared to Utah's is like comparing their bball programs right now, it is seriously that wide of a gap if not wider.
Judge Smails wins again.
Seriously, OfficialCall.
In the 10 years that the MWC has existed, BYU's golf team has finished below 4th in the conference championship only once (a 6th place in 2009). During the same time, the UofU golfers have only finished opnce ABOVE 5th place. As Fiddler said, it's not even a contest between the two. Bronco could blow Kyle's team out of the water if he wanted to play it that way. He just enjoys doing things with his players. That's not to dis KW either. LaVell and MacBride did it that way for years. Bronco's the one who made the change.
Kyle dominates Bronco
Chris, you're right, but only in the important things like charity golf tourneys. Its nice of Kyle to step aside for Bronco in the meaningless things like football just so he can feel special. Seems he did the same for UNLV, but REALLY stepping aside by not scoring on them. Wow, what a nice guy!
Fiddler, its sad that since your arguments have been blown away on other articles, you stoop to golf smack. Whats next? Mens volleyball? Better be careful or ill bust out the Ski team smack!
This is a good thing that these guys do every year. Its fun to see the rivals unite for a great cause. The rivalry has become too bitter with yahoos like Fiddler and hedgehog making fools of themselves online. Its good to see it accomplish some good. Kudos to Bronco and Kyle
I agree with Big_Ben. However, I think it would be better if they would get on the same page about who to invite. But I guess I can see the merits of both of their ideas of who should be invited to be on their team. There is no question that if Bronco did decide to assemble a good team together that he would be able to do it. Just get Mike Weir, and two other former or current BYU golfers. To the unbiased mind (i.e., not TheOfficialCall, hedgehog, or Chris B.), there is no question that Bronco could put together a very good team.
sounds like Kyle is so competitive in life he can't have any fun. kind of the Ute way of life i guess. good for Bronco allowing his players some face time with community "service". Go Cougars!
Nice to see people rise above the rivalry for a good cause. Also nice that they have to sing the rivals song.
Keep it fun.
There are enough chances to prove who is better that it does not need to spill over to a charity event.
"sounds like Kyle is so competitive in life he can't have any fun. kind of the Ute way of life"
Sounds like kewg fan will go to any length to find something, anything to further their Ute obsession. It’s funny, 15 years ago kewg fan would not have had such insecurites. But times have changed and the limelight has been turned toward the might Utes i.e
Multiple BCS victories
Dominating NFL pipeline
Nationally coveted head coach
BCS conference nominee darling
The kewgs need to find solace in nitpicking a charity golf event
Hedgehog: when your poops fans ask that byu fans play fair with all the banter that goes back and forth...perhaps you ought to do the same.......
then I hear Boise is coming into the conference...perhaps it's time you muzzle your mouth as the Bronco's own your tail ends....I can root for the bronco's......
Oh by the way...your thinking and sportsmanship is comparable to a soiled baby wipe....just remember the past season and and the competition the utes provided for the Cougars....you're right...no BSc games to brag about, no wins in football but one time over last four years....seven of eight losses in basketball.....I can leep going and oh....Max hit the nail on the head when it came to dog's like yourself as classless, borish and without dignity!
Perhaps Whitt's big golf win will console him and his buddies when we take the 4th of five games in November....
Wait......St. Heaps approaches on his stallion....on the end of his lance is...is that the head of...please say it isn't so..........!!!!!!
hog:
26-23 it has to hurt.
Why the hatred, this was for a good cause but there is still bickering... What has this world come to when to schools can't do something to help raise money for the Kidney Foundation without throwing in hateful comments towards each other... I have kind of lost all respect for man kind right now!! We are all doomed...
