Awesome David, I have no doubt it will be a very enjoyable book to read. Good luck with that, still enjoying your music.
He'll be getting a life time achievement aware next. :)
I've already read the book since Barnes and Noble delivered it early. It's interesting and very insightful. David is extremely wise for his age and I think the book could help a lot of people.
I just finished reading David's book and I found it to be very inspiring and uplifting. If you can put aside your skepticism about what a teenage boy could possibly have to say, you will find someone who truly desires to help people by showing how he has been able to achieve his dreams through hope and his faith. It is really a beautifully written story and I'm very glad I read it.
A nice kid, but for substance, this has to be a short book.
re: esquire, seems like it is helpful to read a book before criticizing. Talk about lack of substance, come to class esq. It's actually a nice book, uplifting and inspiring, we all need that kind of stuff from time to time. Helps to negate our natural pesimism.
thank you David Archuletta..Congratulatons with everyhing you have accomplished!!!!!!
I love David Archuleta! It will be interesting to read his book. I pre-ordered it from Amazon so I will read it as soon as it hits my mailbox. David is a pretty amazing 19 year old!
GREAT TO HEAR ABOUT THE EXPERIENCES OF DAVID. I REMEMBER he said THAT HE FELT THAT HE COULD DO MORE GOOD SINGing THAN SERVING A MISSION. MANY ATHLETES HAVE SOMETIMES FELT THEY COULD DO GOOD BY STAYING INVOLVED IN SPORTS. NOT TRUE! AS SPENCER W. KIMBALL SAID; THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO "EVERY YOUNG MAN SHOULD SERVE A MISSION."
DAVID'S EXAMPLE BY CHOOSING TO SERVE THE LORD WOULD HAVE GREAT AFFECT UPON many OTHERS. HE CAN SING AND SERVE AS A MISSIONARY.
DAVID, I HOPE YOU READ THIS! YOU ARE NOW 19 AND IT'S YOUR TIME TO SERVE THE LORD. AS JOSHUA SAID: "CHOOSE YE THIS DAY WHOM YE WILL SERVE, BUT AS FOR ME AND MY HOUSE, WE WILL SERVE THE LORD1

Hey, how do I get ahold of you? I am in need of someone who does not understand "caps lock" to come and tell me how to live my life.
Hmm, I wonder where the greater sin lies.
Is it someone who knows he will not be able to serve a normal mission because of his fame, so chooses to promote his religion as part of his fame, or is the sin greater with someone who judges his intentions, criticizes his choice and then preaches "holier than thou" doctrine.
