Is this what Obama means by 'Cadillac' health care? I think Obama would be having nightmares if he knew that finally some real logic was being used by this hospital in providing some food worth eating.
Most profiteering hospitals in Utah feed it patients food unfit to call scrap. It all tastes like it was processed and packaged in China and shipped to the US.
The other day there was an article about the unfit food schools feed the children, maybe they should look at this method of preparation, hire a chef and fire the nutritionist. Chef's are natural nutritionist who get intensive training in preparing healthy and nutritious food. Nutritionist should just stick to the lab and stay out of preparing food.
