My sympathies to the innocent driver who was killed family. There is not good reason for this truck to cross the freeway median. I hope the DA will consider Negligent Homicide charges as truck drivers (due to the damage they can cause) need to held accountable for maintaining control of their rigs (I drove commercially for awhile year back).
