There are so many companies out there that just don't get it!!
So many areas of customer service that they just ignore.
Look at the products that you buy---
How easy it is to open the package is one area that companies should look at.
The quality and presentation of the product after you do get the package open.
Being responsive to customer suggestions or comments instead of just blowing them away.

Businesses need to remember that the customer is what drives their success.
