What a wonderful expression of love and compassion for Ethan.
Had I been in the country I would have attended.
Our sympathy goes out across the waves to Ethan's family, from here in Australia.
May we all be more observant of signs of neglect or abuse, and diligent in the reporting of them. Let us be our brother's keeper and help stop senseless violence... especially against those who are unable to defend or speak up for themselves.
This man has not only hurt one child and his close relatives, he has hurt an entire state.
Hate laws recognise when this happens, when an entire class of people is hurt by a crime against one or a few individuals that more of a punishment is warranted.
There is no provision in the law to add to the punishment in this case, but at the very least the law can extract all that is due. Plea bargin can be avoided. The death penalty can be gone after.
Anything less is not warranted in this case.
a beautiful child... a beautiful life. this makes sending the liittle Russian boy home a joke, if only the mother here would have sent this little boy home... even if poeple complained about it... if your stressed, get help or send child where they can get help and where they are loved... who knows, maybe sending the Russian boy home might have saved his life... lets pray of the father and Ethan, REST IB PEACE... you are loved..
One innocent Life
has been taken away
Ethan is resting inside

My heart breaks for Ethan. My heart breaks for those left behind. Mostly his father. I'm so sorry for him.
The law needs to recognize the rights of children as well as those attached to them by biology.
The child did not want to go. The father did not want him to go. The step father is a convict. Why did Ethan have to go? Why did he have to die?
What is convenient for the courts is not necessarily good for the child. This should be a wake up call. The laws need to change to protect these innocent children.
Biology is just luck, the luck of the draw. Real parent raise children, not just have them.
What mother could watch this?
Who is responsible? Does anything happen to the judge that made him go? Probably not! His or her children are probably just fine. I'm sure he can look out for them. No one telling him to send his children to die.
My heart is breaking.
@cheffy chef, Again with attacking the judge? Really? Do you no something the rest of us don’t? Do you have any evidence the judge in this case had or could have had any information to prevent this tragedy? Keep in mind the custody agreement was hammered out before the step father entered the picture. Stop using this tragedy as your platform to attack the judicial system, your behavior is disgraceful and a disrspect to Ethan.
