It's interesting that Lake Powell is full, as well as several other reservoirs on this system. Yet Lake Mead is over 150' below full...I think it's a conspiracy.

Lake Powell is no where near full its only slightly above half full. The reservoirs above are where they have been for years except about 6 years of drought in western Colo.

I should have read the article close...it said that everything was in balance...and that Lake Powell was "filling". I assumed wrongly that it was "full". Sorry about that.
Personally I hope both lakes fill up. I'm not one of those people that think they should be drained. That would be unwise.
