I was glad to see Mel Brown and Ben Ferry have justice come their way. I find it no co incidence that these guys were the movers and shakers of the movement by greedy ranchers, developers and farm bureau types to steal the public commons of the streams in Utah. HB141 the unconstitutional attempt to undo centuries old traditions of rights to access waters to high water mark and beds of streams and the fish in them. The Magna carta recognized these rights and these rights were brought into our system here in every single state.
