Wait, my diabetes treatment is going into a database, "people" will be able to access this database and then let my doctor know how to treat my diabetes better? I don't get it. Is the doctor I have chosen incapable of treating me without the help of this information? I'm pretty sure he went to med school to learn how to do this without the help of the government.
