It bothers me that Draper and Highland even feel that they have a dog in this fight. Highland has been far to critical of almost any development outside of large individual homes. Now they have little tax base and have created their own demise. Draper on the other hand should never have been allowed by Utah County to annex any Utah County land. It was moronic for Utah County not to see what type of boundry fights that they would have with Draper in the future. Draper should have been cut of at the Utah County line. Now the people up on Suncrest are taking advantage of the schools in the Alpine district. What a joke this is going to be. Micron should be all annexed into Lehi City.

This should all be in Lehi, as it had been traditionally, before the Micron purchase. It's a shame that Draper was allowed to span county lines, that creates nothing but trouble.

Good for Lehi for trying to comply with Micron's request. I suppose that Lehi has the upper hand here because of the existing Micron development.

It's a shame for Lehi that competing communities are battling and fighting for what, traditionally, has been Lehi (Eagle Mountain (the Ranches), Saratoga Springs, and Highland). What a shame.

And what great services will these wonderful municipalities provide to Micron? Who will wear the glass slipper? A KSL investigation is warranted! Maybe for November sweeps...

How can anyone be upset with Draper trying to defend its legally acquired and owned property? Not only that, but the Draper city attorney actually listed some pretty compelling reasons as to WHY they want to retain ownership (other than any possible tax revenue). I'm fine with whatever the courts decide, but to imply that any of the parties should just give in seems ludicrous. Just sayin.
