To make a fund for charitable donations, one has to go through proper channels. While the road to heaven is paved with good intentions, it is following the law (in this case, the law of the land) that makes it feasible.
What a shame that when something is done for the good of others, there has to be a negative light shone on it. Yes, maybe there were mistakes made in this case, but that should not overshadow the good that is being done by David Archuleta and his fans. David is a very inspiring person, and generates his fans into action on a lot of projects. This should be the focus of the article. I'm sure that any missteps in this case are being rectified at this moment and that any oversights will be corrected. We "live and learn" and sometimes make mistakes, but if we don't at least try to take action for fear of those mistakes, nothing is gained! We must press forward with the good intentions and risk the ridicule and scrutiny, even when we "do it wrong." Go David! And Go David's fans for doing great things and having your hearts in the right place! Have a great day and go something nice for somebody!
I hope it was obvious that my last sentence was supposed to read "Have a great day and go DO something nice for somebody!" haha
