This has to be the most savvy collection of victims I've ever read about.
Good move, especially, on the part of the person who captured the perp by using that vehicle.
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Glad no one was seriously injured besides the perp.
Wow...a determined criminal for sure!!
Hooray for the possible victims who refused to become victims!
Amusing, in an ironic way, that the perp is described in the story as the "alleged abductor." Do ya think? (I know, innocent until proven guilty and all that...)
Unfortunately, since he was injured, the taxpayers will likely end up footing the bill for his medical care. Other than that, it seems like a story of citizens who refused to be victimized, and poetic justice delivered.
Just wait until this kidnapper tries to sue the man who ran over him for medical bills and pain and suffering.
Too bad she didn't have a concealed car permit!
@My comments-Too bad she didn't have a concealed car permit? Why? So she could try to shoot the guy and instead end up hitting and killing an innocent bystander? Leave shooting people to the police, unless it's in your own home. Taking someones life should always be a last resort anyway.
That's God's way of telling him to get a job.
@carpediem
"...concealed *car* permit..." Let's try again:
Too bad she didn't have a concealed car permit? Why? So she could try to run over the guy and instead end up running over and killing an innocent bystander? Leave running over people to the police, unless it's in your own home. Taking someone's life should always be a last resort, anyway.
You do NOT want to mess with people from Centerville.
