I hope ge goes to the U.

y be good when U CAN BE GREAT!

That comes from the typical zoob fan that thinks that a byu mormon is so much better than one that attends Utah. They forget that when you bash the "standards" that the Ute players have that at least half of them share the same faith as the team down south. They eat their own and wonder why every other team dislikes them and why their fans are "hated" yet it is their own players that throw out those comments.

re: David

You're right. He ran out of town before the Honor Code could come down on him. In order to try and sneak back in around the Honor Code office in time for September.

I hope all is well with him personally, as well as his girlfriend/fiance. And I truly hope he finds a way to play football next season somewhere.

But if he shows back up on BYU's roster come September, that will be a huge black eye and disgrace to everything Bronco tells us he and his team stand for.

I didn't know the Poinsettia Bowl was moved to January! Thanks for the info!

Re: screen name
Hate to break it to you but Unga playing at the U is an impossibility. A player transferring to another D1 school must sit out a year, although not losing any eligibility. A player transferring to another school within the same conference must lose a year of eligibility. Since Unga has only one year left of eligibility, transferring to Utah, or any other MWC school, would not be possible.

Re: Williary
Why? First of all, we don't even have all the facts about why Unga withdrew. Second, certainly if he was able to return by September, it would be because he's resolved the issue at hand and is eligible for return under the conditions of admittance and the Honor Code. Where's the black eye? How do you know him returning would be a "disgrace to everything Bronco tells us he and his team stand for"? Since we don't have all the facts, aren't you prematurely jumping to conclusions? Or, probably more accurately so, are you just a BYU/Bronco hater?

Best wishes to Harvey and Moeaki. This will all work out.

Harvey will either get reinstated for the fall or go pro. Either way he will do fine.

Josh and others can pick up the slack. I am not worried about the team.

The Utah smack talk is just talk. We see how good you really are in the fall. In the mean time BYU is getting some great recruits who will step up.

At playing football or off the field issues?

What's pathetic is you probably think you're being pretty original with your predictably trollish comments. Why don't you go kick your neigbor's dog or something and leave the rest of us alone?

You thought your comment was so good it deserved to posted twice? Interesting how you ridicule BYU fans for the very same thing you're guilty of: stereotyping. When you start your comments off with: "typical zoob fan that..." you kind of lose all credibility when it comes to chastisement.

stupid zoobs so harvey did make a mistake and the only reason he did come forward about it is because she is pregnant. otherwise he would still be like most of the rest of the team and living a lie. the dissing on utah is ridiculous the only thing that doesnt happen at utah without an honor code is personal matters like this getting out in public so that now fans like u can complain about something else. "what am i supposed to tell my children" tell them that this world isnt perfect and its never going to be the more u protect your kids the more trouble they are going to find when they are older. go for it make your only goal to beat your big brothers to the north we will keep a national title and mwc champs on our list

Re: utefan4life,
Ever heard of punctuation? Words of advice: If you want your comments to be taken seriously, learn the values of a period, comma, colon, semicolon, etc.

MenaceToSociety

Are we not in America? Do Harvey and his girlfriend not have the freedom to decide what goes on in their bedroom? As long as it's between two consenting adults...

I really don't care what is going on in their bedrooms, personally. If you do care, that comes across as kind of perverted to me.

utefan4life

dude since when is punctuation something that needs to be in a comment on a message board? they are meant to be informal thats pretty sad that you sit on here and look for things like that get a life man.

K

What did they do?

To SportsFan,
Maybe he was considering actually getting them. Maybe he had decided not to and was about to change his mind.

I have to say the comparison to Tiger Woods was totally uncalled for.

Two main reasons. Unga was part of a team, not a lone star, so he can not let people down. Secondly, whatever Unga did, and we do not know what he did, it was not to the level of multiple cases of adultery perpetrated simultaneosly.
