Kudos Dian! I've been a fan for a number of years and now add one more reason.
This is totally an inspiration to me!
I love her ideas of sorting her prepacked items for meals. I am on a Weight Loss Journey myself, so this was great to read! Thank you for Inspiring all of us!
I've followed Dian's column in Meridian (online magazine) for several years and she has some great ideas for cutting back and staying positive in the goal of losing weight. Way to go Dian!
I want to say Congratulations to her! Way to go!! But I also want to say I had the Gastric Bypass and it is not a quick fix. I get tired of people saying that. It saved my life! It was a scary thing for me to do and I was glad I did.
Dian I'm so Happy for you and I Know it wasn't easy, The road is hard and you did it!! Hang in there and keep up the great work. I lost over 140 pounds and have kept it off for 10 years and I know you can do it also.
Good Luck!!
Congratulations I'm so happy for her way to go!!! I just want to say I had the Gastric Bypass and it isn't a quick fix as everyone seems to think so. It saved my life and I'm so thankful I did it.
Dian good luck you have come a long way and I know it hasn't been easy. Hang in there! So happy for you!
