good news. I certainly hope the damage is not done and still can win this division...
Jerry hesitating to insert AK back to starting lineup. WT-Heck CJ playing well? CJ cannot play full time. About Matty he is the one on 2. Only thing Jazz need in post season is Jerry Sloan being flexible and little smarter.
Go Ak
unless denver loses one more and dallas loses at least one then the jazz are going to be the 4 seed. they need to watch it though cuz phx is still on their heels and the jazz dont want to start the playoffs on the road for a third straight yr.
@chris
I'd say the likelihood of Denver losing one more game is pretty high seeing as they play Phoenix on the road and the second half of a back-to-back. Dallas on the other hand I'd bet on winning out and taking the 2 seed with us as the 3rd. Of course it all depends on not choking at GS and a hard-fought final game victory with Phoenix.
I think their is a possibility that the Jazz can get the 2 seed. I am still not impressed with Dallas yet. All they have is the dirtiest player besides Kobe in the game in Dirk but other than that Kidd is way over the hill Terry is pretty good off the bench and Butler is overrated. Haywood is a decent shotblocker but he is not much offense and is prone to get into fould trouble. Even if the Jazz get the 3 seed facing Dallas in the 2nd round on the road is still a good matchup for us. But lets all hope we can have Dal choke at the Clippers or against the Spurs and I fully expect Denver to lose against the Suns. Jazz want to get the 2 seed and hopefully draw the Blazers cause I dont think they want the Spurs or OKC.
San Antonio wants to stay out of the 8 seed and will beat Dallas in the final game. They might even fall to the Clippers tomorrow night on the road. Denver will loose at Phoenix. Even if Dallas wins out they are one of the only teams in the west we can beat in the playoffs without home court.
Either way we can't beat the Lakers. There is a reason undersized power forwards slip to the second round. Boozer and Millsap are pathetic against the Lakers.
We need to draft Cole Alrich. Legit 7 footer. 7'3" wingspan. Unlike Oatertag... Actually likes basketball and is a hard worker.
We have never been to finals without a 7 footer in the middle. Even though it was Ostertag.
Do not draft Cole Alrich. Get over it. He is another Greg Ostertag. I think Greg will have been better over their careers.
