What in tucket?

IT wouldn't hurt to have a little fiscal responsibility which Mr. Chaffetz proposes. A lot of us are getting the idea the president and his cronies are left wing socialists. We need tax cuts and a one third reduction of the Federal workforce. Instead the government is growing.

say anything

Mr. Chaffetz will say anything anytime anywhere to stay in office. How is it possible to work when you're on t.v., tweeting, and blogging. He must be outsourcing his Congressman job to his staff he paid $799,125 to in 2009. Article quote, "Chaffetz attributes his success using social media tools to doing it himself and not relying on a staffer. "It's very real; it's in real time; and it's really me," Chaffetz said. "The people of Utah didn't elect me to hire a spokesperson." This is hilarious because that is exactly what he was at the multi level marketing firm Nu-Skin for eleven years. Technology is great, but not the way chaffetz uses it.

It's too bad he isn't spending time with his family instead of wasting time on Facebook. He has a young family and they should be in the DC area with their father. DC is a good family-friendly place. Ask Orrin. The other thing is why the DesNews publishes articles about this media hound. Every time he burps, the DesNews runs an article on him. You are his media mouthpiece.

I have to give credit where credit is due. I have been a very harsh critic of Chaffetz, and will likely continue. I do not see him as sincere but an opportunist.

With the health care debate the President has engaged the stratagem that has worked wonders for him: Chicago style caesarian warfare. Reward the allies, tortue to death those that did not stand with you. (That guy out of New York comes to mind.)

One of these is being reported out of Tennessee. Retiring Dem Congressman Bart Gordon was promised that if he voted Yes on health care he would be the next director of NASA. Yesterday Rep Chaffetz publicly called him out on it.

This is one of those deals where clearly the President did not send an ornate printed invitation with the offer. It was one of those deals where everyone at the Capitol knew, but no one would say it. Chaffetz said it.

OK, in my book his record is now around 1 for 287 or so. He was batting zero up to this point.

True, these things need to be discussed. Thanks for taking the bullet on this one.
