Not guilty? Why, because he didn't do it or because he thinks he can get away with it?
Pleads not guilty and had the blood test show he was drunk. Is he going to blame it on a leprechaun?
I know, he'll blame it on the Toyota he was driving.
He's begging for a plea bargain. There is no other excuse.
He was pulled over because he appeared to be driving under the influence. He was arrested because he appeared in person to be under the influence. He was charged because his blood test confirmed he was under the influence.
Yet he pleads "not guilty."
Way to be a stand up guy, Killpack. I guess now we know for sure what you are made of.
None of this can be considered, "just a mistake." These are deliberate actions by someone trying to avoid consequences.
